What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hardees's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FMTP (Franchise Management Training Program) trainers are experienced Hardee's Restaurant Managers. These managers conduct the training under the supervision of CKR's Director of Global Learning & Organizational Development, Lisa Holloway.
Specifically, the FMTP trainers can include General Managers, District Managers, and Certified Training Managers. This suggests that Hardees leverages its existing management structure to deliver training, potentially offering a mix of corporate oversight and peer-to-peer learning.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the training quality and consistency are influenced by the expertise and experience of current Hardees managers. Franchisees might want to inquire about the selection process and qualifications of these trainers to ensure they meet the franchisee's expectations for comprehensive and effective training.
