What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hardees's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Management Training Program (FMTP) has a minimum length of 8 consecutive weeks. This is the baseline duration, but the actual length can vary based on the trainee's prior experience. The training could be shorter or longer depending on the individual's background and skill level.

The FMTP is conducted by experienced Hardees Restaurant Managers. These managers provide training under the supervision of CKR's Director of Global Learning & Organizational Development, Lisa Holloway. This ensures a standardized and quality training experience for all new franchisees and their staff.

For prospective Hardees franchisees, this means budgeting at least 8 weeks for the initial training of key personnel. It also highlights the importance of having individuals with relevant experience, as this could potentially reduce the training duration. Franchisees should also factor in the cost of travel, living, and other expenses incurred by themselves and their employees while attending the training programs.
