What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hardees's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Jamba Juice Franchisor SPV LLC ("Jamba") is listed as an affiliated franchise program through its indirect parent company, GoTo Foods Inc. Jamba franchises Jamba stores, which offer smoothies, beverages, juices, and portable food items. Jamba has been offering franchises since October 2018. However, Jamba's predecessor began franchising in 1991.
It's important to note that while Jamba is affiliated with Hardees through shared ownership under Roark Capital Management, it operates as a separate franchise system. A Hardees franchisee would not automatically gain any rights or benefits related to Jamba franchises, and vice versa.
For a prospective Hardees franchisee, this information highlights the broader network of franchise brands under the same umbrella, which could potentially offer opportunities for collaboration or cross-promotion. However, the FDD does not elaborate on any specific collaborative opportunities between Hardees and Jamba.
