If a Multi-Unit Development Manager for Hardees no longer qualifies, how long does the Developer have to designate another qualified person?

According to Hardees's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a Multi-Unit Development Manager no longer meets the required qualifications, the Developer is required to designate another qualified individual to fill the role within 30 days. This 30-day period starts from the date the previous manager ceases to be qualified.

This requirement ensures that the development of Hardees franchises in multiple geographic markets continues without significant interruption. The designated replacement must also complete the Franchise Management Training Program (FMTP) and any additional development training that Hardees requires.
