PAR Brink Scope of Training

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hardees's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, onsite training is not available for PAR Brink. The training is conducted using a train-the-trainer model and is provided remotely. The remote training consists of 4 hours conducted on Monday through Thursday.
The training includes a screen share and a virtual terminal walk-through of order-taking operations, specifically focusing on front-of-house activities. Additionally, Hardees provides two days of post-installation go-live support for the first two franchised restaurants.
Prospective Hardees franchisees should note that the initial training programs for PAR Brink and Crunch Time software incur a one-time fee of $1,250, payable to CKR upon execution of the agreement. This fee covers the mandatory initial training programs, and additional training programs may be available at CKR's discretion for additional fees.
