What document is the Hardees Travel Center Development Incentive Program Addendum an addendum to?

The location must be opened under a Development Agreement dated no later than May 24, 2026.

To be eligible, a franchisee must not be in default of any existing agreements with Hardees and must meet the company's financial and operational requirements for new restaurant development. The franchisee must also adhere to the specific requirements of the Travel Center Program. By entering into this addendum, Hardees and the franchisee agree to modify the Franchise Agreement to incorporate the incentives provided by the Travel Center Program.
