You do not have any options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights, and do not receive the right to acquire additional franchises or development territories under either the Franchise Agreement or the Area Development Agreement. You must meet our qualifications for new franchisees to qualify for an additional franchise location. There are no minimum sales quotas.
