Franchisor makes no representation to Franchisee with regard to any legal requirements that Franchisee must satisfy or
comply with in connection with the operation of the Franchised Swim School. Franchisee shall be solely responsible for investigating and complying with all such laws, ordinances and regulations with regard to the operation of the Franchised Swim School.

This means that prospective Goldfish Swim School franchisees must independently research and understand all local, city, county, and state laws affecting their business. This includes securing and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits for construction and operation, at their own expense.
The franchisee is also obligated to notify Goldfish Swim School immediately of any legal or administrative actions, court orders, or notices of violation that could adversely affect the swim school's development, occupancy, operation, or the franchisee's financial condition. Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations, leading to a suspension or prohibition of operations for more than 30 consecutive days, could result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement by Goldfish Swim School.
