You do not have any options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights, and do not receive the right to acquire additional franchises or development territories under either the Franchise Agreement or the Area Development Agreement. According to the 2025 Goldfish Swim School FDD, if you want to open another franchise location, you must meet the same qualifications as any new franchisee. The FDD does not specify what these qualifications are.
