We will provide to you on-site assistance and guidance by 1 of our representatives for no more than 3 days for your first swim school and 1 day for your or your affiliate's second swim school, to assist you with any questions you may have in opening and operating the franchised swim school. The specific number of days will be determined by us in our discretion, provided, however, that we will provide you with no on-site opening assistance for your third swim school or thereafter.
