    1. make periodic visits to the franchised swim school to provide you with consultation, assistance and guidance in various aspects of the operation and management of the franchised swim school. We will prepare a written report identifying areas where you are failing to meet the standards of the System and suggesting changes or improvements in the operations of the franchised swim school and detailing deficiencies that become evident as a result of a visit.
