Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant provides initial training on restaurant operations to the franchisee (or their managing owner) and one managerial employee. The initial training is conducted at the Golden Krust training facility in the Bronx, New York, or at a designated training center or functioning restaurant. It also includes in-store training after the restaurant opens. The training consists of one week of classroom training, two weeks of in-store training at another designated training center or functioning restaurant, and one week of in-store training at the franchisee's location during the opening. Classroom training is delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual formats.
