Can the 'Golden Krust System' for Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant be changed or improved?

This means that Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant retains the right to modify various aspects of the franchise system as it sees fit.

As a Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant franchisee, you must operate and maintain your restaurant in accordance with the System Standards, which Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant may periodically modify and supplement during the term of the Franchise Agreement. The Brand Standards Manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant prescribes for the operation of a Golden Krust Restaurant.

All ideas, concepts, techniques, or materials relating to a Golden Krust Restaurant, whether created by the franchisee or Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant, are deemed the sole and exclusive property of Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant and part of the System. Franchisees are required to disclose any such creations to Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant and sign any documents necessary to evidence Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant's ownership or to assist in securing intellectual property rights. This ensures that Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant maintains control over the System and can implement changes and improvements as needed.
