If you would like to use or offer products, services, supplies, materials, and/or equipment that we have not approved, you agree to first submit to us a written request for approval and you shall refrain from offering these items at the Restaurant until you have received our written approval. We have the right to require you to use only certain brands and to prohibit you from using other brands. We may modify the list of approved brands and you shall not reorder any brand that is no longer approved.
