You (or your managing owner) are obligated to participate personally in the direct operation of the Restaurant, although you may employ a manager to assist you in the Restaurant's day-to-day operations. Your manager must have completed Golden Krust's initial training satisfactorily. This manager need not have an equity interest in the Restaurant, but must agree in writing to preserve the confidentiality of any confidential information to which he or she has access.
