V. BRAND STANDARDS MANUAL
We will loan to you during the term of this Agreement one (1) copy of our Brand Standards Manual, consisting of such materials (including, as applicable, digital format and written materials) that we generally furnish to franchisees from time to time for use in operating a Golden Krust Restaurant. The Brand Standards Manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures and rules ("System Standards") that we prescribe from time to time for the operation of a Golden Krust Restaurant and information relating to your other obligations under this Agreement and related agreements.
