Golden Corral does not impose any other restrictions in the Franchise Agreement or otherwise concerning the goods or services which you may offer or as to the customers to whom you may sell.

According to Golden Corral's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Golden Corral does not impose restrictions on the customers to whom a franchisee may sell. However, franchisees must operate their restaurant business solely at the restaurant's premises.

Golden Corral franchisees are not permitted to sell products or services from or to any other location, but they can deliver products sold at their restaurant to off-site locations. For special events, franchisees can sell products from a location they do not own or control. Additionally, franchisees can solicit and accept orders through other distribution channels, including the Internet, catalogs, telemarketing, or other direct marketing sales.

While Golden Corral does not restrict who franchisees can sell to, they do control what franchisees can sell. Franchisees must sell or offer for sale only products, food, beverages, and other menu items that meet Golden Corral's standards of quality and quantity. These items must be expressly approved for sale in writing by Golden Corral and prepared according to their methods, techniques, and specifications. Franchisees must sell all approved items and cannot deviate from Golden Corral's standards without prior written consent. Golden Corral also reserves the right to change the types of authorized goods and services that franchisees may sell.
