There may be specific local health codes, zoning regulations or other laws governing the manner and location in which you may offer classes in the Gokhale Method. At the federal level, the use of credit cards to sell offerings may be subject to the federal Truth-In-Lending Act and Regulation Z and various other credit-related statutes like the Equal Credit Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
