What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's right to teach the Gokhale Method is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of initial training, as determined by Gokhale Method. This requirement extends beyond the initial training phase, encompassing any further training classes or refresher courses that Gokhale Method may authorize or direct from time to time.

This means that to maintain the right to teach Gokhale Method courses, franchisees must not only complete the initial training program to the franchisor's standards but also adhere to any ongoing training requirements. Gokhale Method retains the authority to suspend a franchisee's right to teach specific courses or formats if the franchisee fails to meet the required training or refresher standards.

This stipulation underscores the importance Gokhale Method places on standardized instruction and quality control. It ensures that all instructors are delivering the Gokhale Method curriculum in a manner consistent with the brand's standards. For prospective franchisees, this highlights the need for a commitment to continuous learning and adherence to Gokhale Method's training protocols. Failing to meet these training requirements could result in the suspension of teaching privileges, impacting the franchisee's ability to generate revenue and operate their franchise effectively.
