What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, Gokhale Method retains the right to modify, add to, or discontinue the use of its marks, and can substitute different marks for identifying the Gokhale System and the businesses operating under it.

This means that as a franchisee, you must comply with any changes Gokhale Method requires regarding the marks, and you will be responsible for the expenses associated with these changes. This could involve updating signage, marketing materials, and other branded items to reflect the new marks.

This provision allows Gokhale Method to adapt its branding and trademarks as needed, but it also places the burden of adapting to those changes on the franchisee. It is important to factor in the potential costs and operational adjustments that may arise if Gokhale Method decides to change its marks during the term of your franchise agreement. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Gokhale Method to stay informed about any potential changes and understand the reasons behind them.
