According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific standards and requirements for all advertising and promotional materials. All advertising must be in a format approved by Gokhale Method, conducted in a dignified manner, and conform to the standards the company specifies. Franchisees cannot use any advertising or promotional materials related to the Gokhale Method without prior written approval from Gokhale Method.
Gokhale Method retains the right to mandate that all advertising designate only their official website, email address, and the franchisee's phone number for contact purposes. Franchisees are required to advertise and promote the Gokhale Method business as specified in the Franchise Agreement, the Teacher's Manual, and Policy Statements, bearing all associated expenses.
Furthermore, all graphics, signs, and promotional materials must display Gokhale Method's trademarks in the precise form, color, location, and manner prescribed by the company. This ensures uniformity and protects the brand's image. Franchisees must also follow the guidelines in the Teacher's Manual and Policy Statements regarding marketing, advertising, and promotion, and provide evidence of local marketing expenditures upon request. Gokhale Method may also create advertising materials for franchisees at their request, with the franchisee bearing the costs of creation and reproduction.
