What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, the Billing Fee Schedule, which includes fees paid by the franchisee/teacher to GMI for the rights to teach the Gokhale Method, is subject to change. The Billing Fee Schedule in effect when the Franchise Agreement is signed is included in Exhibit A.
Gokhale Method has the right to change the Billing Fee Schedule from time to time. Gokhale Method can make these changes at its reasonable discretion, but they must provide franchisees with thirty (30) days' notice before the change goes into effect.
In addition to the Billing Fee Schedule, the Teacher Referral Fee Schedule is also subject to change. The Teacher Referral Fee Schedule in effect as of the signing of the Franchise Agreement is $100. Gokhale Method can change this schedule at its reasonable discretion, provided they give franchisees thirty (30) days' notice.
