- 8.11. Health and Safety Standards. You shall meet and maintain the highest health and safety standards and ratings applicable to the operation of the Franchised Business. You shall furnish to us immediately upon the receipt thereof, a copy of all health inspection reports and any violation or citation which indicates your failure to maintain federal, state, or local health or safety standards in the operation of the Franchised Business. - 8.12. Restrictions on Prices. You will offer classes, equipment, and services at such prices as we may prescribe from time to time in the Teacher Manual, Policy Statements, or otherwise in writing.
