- 7.2. Continuing Training. You must attend such additional courses, seminars and other training programs as we may reasonably require from time to time, and which will be detailed in the then current Teachers' Manual, in order to maintain your approval to teach the Approved Formats for which you have been approved. Such continuing training may include, but is not limited to, attendance at the Annual Meeting, participation in such Teacher Webinars as may be scheduled by us, peer review of teacher trainees, and involvement in Gokhale® Active. Failure to attend and participate in such continuing training programs may result in suspension of your right to teach the Gokhale System until you have completed our required continuing training and you have been re-approved. If your right to teach has been suspended, and you nonetheless offer to teach, we may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to you. As part of your continuing approval we may request that you submit at reasonable intervals, and you agree to submit to us within such reasonable time as we specify, audiotapes or videotapes of you teaching, and which will be detailed in the then current Teachers' Manual. We may submit such recordings to peer review by other Gokhale Method teachers, and you hereby grant us your consent for such submission.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, maintaining qualification as a teacher involves several key requirements. Gokhale Method teachers must attend additional courses, seminars, and training programs that Gokhale Method reasonably requires. These will be detailed in the current Teachers' Manual. This continuing training may include attending the Annual Meeting, participating in Teacher Webinars, peer review of teacher trainees, and involvement in Gokhale® Active.
Failure to participate in these continuing training programs may lead to suspension of the teacher's right to teach the Gokhale System until the required training is completed and re-approval is granted. If a teacher whose right to teach has been suspended continues to offer classes, Gokhale Method reserves the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement immediately.
Gokhale Method may also request and require teachers to submit audiotapes or videotapes of their teaching at reasonable intervals, as detailed in the Teachers' Manual. These recordings may be submitted for peer review by other Gokhale Method teachers. Furthermore, franchisees must comply with the operating standards detailed in the Franchise Agreement, the Teacher's Manual, and Policy Statements to maintain high operating standards and protect the Gokhale Method's reputation. Franchisees must also attend any and all required continuing training, as defined in the FDD.
