What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in any intranet or extranet computer network that Gokhale Method adopts or develops. Franchisees must purchase and implement the equipment or supplies that Gokhale Method reasonably requires for these systems. Franchisees must also execute any software licenses or other agreements that Gokhale Method reasonably prescribes. This indicates that Gokhale Method can mandate specific computer systems or software.
This requirement ensures that all Gokhale Method franchises operate on a unified platform, which helps maintain consistency and quality across the brand. It also allows Gokhale Method to implement standardized training and communication protocols.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they will need to budget for the costs of the mandated computer systems and software. It also means they will need to be prepared to adapt to any changes or updates that Gokhale Method implements to its computer networks. It would be prudent for a prospective franchisee to inquire about the typical costs and specifications of these systems to better understand the financial commitment involved.
