What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to store specific customer information on their computers, including names, addresses, contact details, payment amounts, courses taken, and payment methods. This information must be shared with Gokhale Method by inputting it into their system as instructed.
Importantly, Gokhale Method retains the discretion to modify these requirements in the future. This means they can require franchisees to store and input additional types of information into their system beyond what is currently specified.
For a prospective franchisee, this implies a need to stay adaptable to potential changes in data management practices. While the current requirements are defined, future changes could necessitate updates to computer systems or data entry procedures, potentially incurring additional time or costs. It would be prudent for a potential franchisee to discuss with Gokhale Method what types of additional information they might require in the future to better understand the scope of this obligation.
