What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, maintaining approval to teach the Approved Formats requires ongoing training and adherence to standards. Gokhale Method may request franchisees to submit audiotapes or videotapes of their teaching at reasonable intervals. These recordings will be detailed in the current Teachers' Manual, and franchisees must submit them within the specified timeframe.
Gokhale Method may submit these recordings for peer review by other Gokhale Method teachers. By agreeing to the franchise, franchisees consent to this submission process. This peer review is part of ensuring quality and consistency in the delivery of the Gokhale Method.
This requirement ensures that franchisees continue to meet the standards set by Gokhale Method and that the quality of instruction remains consistent across all locations. For a prospective franchisee, this means being prepared to regularly record and submit teaching sessions for review, and being open to feedback from peers to improve teaching skills.
