Our ongoing obligations to you during the operation of your Franchised Business include:
Providing continuing training, including Teacher Webinar, an Annual Meeting and/or an alternative continuing education option, and other continuing training as we may determine from time to time (Section 7.2);
Providing you with ongoing advice, as we deem necessary in our sole discretion, concerning operation of your Franchised Business and the Gokhale System (Section 4.7) and, in our discretion, inspecting your Franchised Business (Section 4.5);

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, Gokhale Method does provide ongoing advice to franchisees. Specifically, Gokhale Method will provide franchisees with ongoing advice, as they deem necessary in their sole discretion, concerning the operation of the franchised business and the Gokhale System. Gokhale Method also retains the discretion to inspect a franchisee's business.
In addition to advice, Gokhale Method offers continuing training to franchisees. This includes Teacher Webinars, an Annual Meeting, and/or alternative continuing education options, as Gokhale Method may determine from time to time.
While Gokhale Method offers ongoing advice and training, franchisees should note that the provision of advice is at the sole discretion of Gokhale Method. This means there is no guarantee of the frequency, content, or format of the advice provided. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the typical nature and frequency of this advice to fully understand the level of support they can expect.
