What is the Gokhale Method's policy on re-approval after suspension?
Gokhale_Method Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
Failure to attend and participate in such continuing training programs may result in suspension of your right to teach the Gokhale System until you have completed our required continuing training and you have been re-approved. If your right to teach has been suspended, and you nonetheless offer to teach, we may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to you. As part of your continuing approval we may request that you submit at reasonable intervals, and you agree to submit to us within such reasonable time as we specify, audiotapes or videotapes of you teaching, and which will be detailed in the then current Teachers' Manual. We may submit such recordings to peer review by other Gokhale Method teachers, and you hereby grant us your consent for such submission.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's right to teach the Gokhale System is suspended due to failure to attend and participate in required continuing training programs, the franchisee must complete the required continuing training to be re-approved.
If a Gokhale Method franchisee continues to offer to teach the Gokhale System while suspended, Gokhale Method has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement immediately upon notice.
Maintaining qualifications and good standing are detailed in the Teacher's Manual and/or Policy Statements, so prospective franchisees should carefully review these documents to understand the specific requirements for remaining in good standing and the process for re-approval after suspension.
