What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, payments due to the franchisee for activities within a calendar month will be made by Gokhale Method within 10 days of the close of that month. This means that if a franchisee performs services or activities that generate income in January, they can expect to receive payment from Gokhale Method by February 10th.
Gokhale Method retains the right to deduct any charges, fees, or other payments that the franchisee owes to them from the gross amount. These deductions may include fees for continuing education, purchases of products or equipment from Gokhale Method, or any other outstanding charges. The franchisee will then receive the balance after these deductions are made.
This payment structure provides a predictable timeline for franchisees to receive their earnings, allowing them to manage their finances effectively. However, franchisees should be aware that the actual amount received may vary depending on any deductions for fees or purchases owed to Gokhale Method. It is important for franchisees to maintain accurate records of their transactions with Gokhale Method to ensure that payments are calculated correctly and to reconcile any discrepancies that may arise.
