- 4.8. Optional Marketing Services. We may offer from time to time, at our sole discretion, marketing services and programs to assist Franchisees in marketing and promotion. The participation in these Services is voluntary, and should Franchisee chose to participate in them, Franchisee will pay the then current fees and expenses associated with them.
- 4.9. Website and Database. We may maintain a website on which your classes may be posted and your students may register and pay for classes; on which, in our discretion, we may maintain all student information; and on which we may provide you, students, and others with general information.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Gokhale Method may offer marketing services and programs to assist franchisees in marketing and promotion. Participation in these services is voluntary. If a franchisee chooses to participate, they will pay the then-current fees and expenses associated with them.
Additionally, Gokhale Method may maintain a website where a franchisee's classes can be posted, and students may register and pay for classes. The franchisor may also maintain all student information on this website and provide general information to franchisees, students, and others.
Furthermore, franchisees have the right to advertise and promote Gokhale Method's services and products through any media. They also have the right to offer and sell services and products under Gokhale Method's trade names, trademarks, service marks, or trade dress through any channels of distribution, including internet and mail-order sales. These provisions enable franchisees to actively market and grow their Gokhale Method businesses within the framework provided by the franchisor.
