- 4.7. Ongoing Advice. During the Term of this Agreement, we may advise you from time to time regarding the Gokhale Way, in our discretion. Such advice may be furnished in the Teachers' Manual or in Policy Statements, during telephone conversations, through Internet sessions, live conversations or otherwise. Such advice may concern any aspect of the Franchised Business, and you must follow it unless otherwise specified.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, Gokhale Method may advise franchisees regarding the Gokhale Way at their discretion during the term of the agreement. This advice can be provided through various channels, including the Teachers' Manual, Policy Statements, telephone conversations, internet sessions, or live conversations.
This advice may pertain to any aspect of the franchised business, and franchisees are generally required to follow it unless otherwise specified. Gokhale Method also has the option to offer marketing services and programs to assist franchisees with marketing and promotion, but participation in these services is voluntary and would require the franchisee to pay the associated fees and expenses.
While Gokhale Method retains the right to offer advice, they also provide franchisees with access to a Teacher's Manual and any Policy Statements issued. Furthermore, Gokhale Method may conduct inspections of the franchisee's operations and provide consultations to assist in running the business. These inspections can occur at any time during regular business hours, with or without notice.
