What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, maintaining qualification to teach the Gokhale Method requires membership in Gokhale Active (Premium). The current annual fee for this membership is $140, but Gokhale Method retains the right to change this fee at their discretion.
Gokhale Active (Premium) is also available to students who have completed Gokhale Foundations courses. Gokhale Method franchisees receive a referral fee for graduates they refer who subsequently join Gokhale Active (Premium). This creates an incentive for franchisees to encourage their students to join the premium membership program.
Prospective franchisees should consider the annual membership fee as a mandatory cost of doing business. They should also inquire about the referral fee structure and how it can potentially offset the membership cost. Since Gokhale Method reserves the right to change the membership fee, franchisees should factor in potential future increases when assessing the financial viability of the franchise.
