You must follow our operating procedures when you use our trademarks (collectively, "Marks"). You cannot use the Marks as part of your corporate name.
We have the right to modify, add to, or discontinue use of the Marks, or to substitute different Marks, for use in identifying the Gokhale System and the businesses operating under the Marks. You must promptly comply with any required changes, revisions and/or substitutions, and will pay all the costs of modifying your signs, advertising materials, interior graphics and any other items which bear the Marks.
We also claim common-law rights to the stylized design of a tree as well as to the words "Primal PostureTM", "Gokhale Pain Free ChairTM", "Pendo PressTM", "SpineTrackerTM", and "PostureTrackerTM" (the "Unregistered Marks") that we use in connection with our trade names.
