What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, payments due to the franchisee for their activities within a calendar month will be made within 10 days of the close of that month. However, Gokhale Method may deduct any charges, fees, or other payments that the franchisee owes them. These deductions can include fees for continuing education, products or equipment purchased from Gokhale Method, or any other fees or charges. After these deductions, Gokhale Method will remit the remaining balance to the franchisee.
This payment structure means that franchisees can expect to receive their earnings relatively quickly after the end of each month, which can help with cash flow management. However, franchisees need to be aware that the actual amount they receive may be less than their gross earnings due to deductions for various fees and purchases. It is important for franchisees to keep track of their transactions with Gokhale Method to ensure that the deductions are accurate and justified.
Prospective franchisees should clarify with Gokhale Method what specific types of fees and charges are most commonly deducted and how these deductions are calculated. Understanding the potential deductions will allow franchisees to better forecast their net earnings and manage their finances effectively. Additionally, franchisees should inquire about the process for disputing any deductions they believe are incorrect.
