- 4.9. Website and Database. We may maintain a website on which your classes may be posted and your students may register and pay for classes; on which, in our discretion, we may maintain all student information; and on which we may provide you, students, and others with general information.
- 4.10. Prices. We will provide you with prices that you must follow in charging your students for classes, products or other services.
5. FEES
- 5.1. Initial Franchise Fee. You shall pay to us, on execution of this Agreement, a non refundable initial franchise fee (the "Initial Franchise Fee") in the amount of Four Thousand ($4,000) Dollars. The entire Initial Franchise Fee is fully earned and non refundable upon payment. You do not have a right to a refund once it is paid.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, Gokhale Method may maintain a website where franchisee classes can be posted, and students can register and pay for classes. This website may also maintain all student information and provide general information to franchisees, students, and others.
Additionally, as a Gokhale Method franchisee, you are granted the exclusive right to host one or more websites on the Internet that concern, offer, or advertise the Gokhale Method or any other service or product that Gokhale Method offers under any name or mark. Franchisees also have the right to advertise and promote Gokhale Method's services and products through any media.
However, upon termination of the franchise agreement, franchisees must stop using any of Gokhale Method's domain names, URLs, email addresses, or home page addresses. Franchisees are also prohibited from establishing any website using a similar or confusing domain name, URL, or home page address.
