Failure to attend and participate in such continuing training programs may result in suspension of your right to teach the Gokhale System until you have completed our required continuing training and you have been re-approved. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, if your right to teach the Gokhale System has been suspended due to failure to attend and participate in required continuing training programs, and you still offer to teach, Gokhale Method may terminate the Franchise Agreement immediately upon notice.
Maintaining good standing as a Gokhale Method teacher requires adherence to the standards and requirements outlined in the Teacher's Manual and Policy Statements. These requirements ensure quality and uniformity in the delivery of the Gokhale System. Franchisees are expected to stay current with these requirements and any updates provided by Gokhale Method.
This provision underscores the importance of ongoing training and compliance with Gokhale Method's standards. Failure to meet these requirements can lead to suspension and, ultimately, termination of the franchise agreement if the franchisee continues to offer teaching services while suspended. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the training requirements and ongoing obligations to ensure they can meet these standards and avoid potential penalties.
