What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Gokhale Way' refers to the materials, procedures, and protocols for operating a business that teaches the Gokhale Method. The Gokhale Method itself focuses on restoring Primal Posture, drawing inspiration from young children, ancestors, and people in non-industrial cultures.
In essence, the Gokhale Way provides franchisees with a structured system for running their Gokhale Method teaching business. This includes not only the teaching methodologies and content (the Gokhale System) but also the operational aspects of the business. A franchisee is granted rights to teach the Gokhale System and use the Gokhale Way to operate their franchised business under the Gokhale Method trademarks.
A prospective franchisee should understand that adhering to the Gokhale Way is crucial for maintaining consistent quality and brand standards across all Gokhale Method franchises. This ensures that customers receive a uniform experience and that the reputation and goodwill of the Gokhale Method are upheld. The franchise agreement emphasizes the importance of these operating standards, and failure to comply can lead to suspension of teaching rights or termination of the agreement.
