According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Gokhale Way' refers to the materials, procedures, and protocols for operating a business that teaches the Gokhale Method. The Gokhale Method itself is defined as a method for restoring Primal Posture as seen in young children, ancestors, and people in non-industrial cultures. For a prospective franchisee, understanding the distinction between the Gokhale Method, the Gokhale System, and the Gokhale Way is crucial. The franchise grants the right to teach the Gokhale System using the Gokhale Way, which implies adherence to specific business operation standards set by Gokhale Method. This includes using approved formats for classes, services, and products, and maintaining the quality and uniformity expected within the Gokhale Method system.

The franchise agreement emphasizes the importance of maintaining high operating standards to protect the reputation and goodwill associated with the Gokhale Method brand. Franchisees must comply with the operating standards outlined in the agreement, the Teacher's Manual, and Policy Statements. Failure to adhere to these standards can result in suspension of teaching rights or termination of the franchise agreement. Franchisees are also restricted from teaching or representing any method or protocol not approved by Gokhale Method as part of the Gokhale System.

Overall, the Gokhale Way provides a structured approach to running a Gokhale Method teaching business, ensuring consistency and quality across all franchised locations. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the Teacher's Manual and Policy Statements to fully understand the operational requirements and expectations associated with the franchise.
