- 8.11. Health and Safety Standards. You shall meet and maintain the highest health and safety standards and ratings applicable to the operation of the Franchised Business.
You shall furnish to us immediately upon the receipt thereof, a copy of all health inspection reports and any violation or citation which indicates your failure to maintain federal, state, or local health or safety standards in the operation of the Franchised Business.
Your failure to cure such violations within twenty-four (24) hours shall constitute grounds for immediate termination.
