What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must meet and maintain the highest health and safety standards applicable to their franchised business. This means that franchisees are responsible for ensuring their business operations adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
Furthermore, Gokhale Method franchisees are required to provide the franchisor with copies of all health inspection reports and any violation notices or citations they receive. This ensures that the franchisor is aware of any potential health and safety issues at the franchise location and can take appropriate action if necessary.
Critically, any failure by the franchisee to correct health and safety violations within 24 hours constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the franchise agreement. This underscores the importance Gokhale Method places on maintaining high health and safety standards across all its franchised businesses, and the potential consequences for franchisees who fail to meet these standards.
