According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must meet and maintain the highest health and safety standards applicable to their business operations. This means adhering to all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.

Specifically, a Gokhale Method franchisee is required to furnish copies of all health inspection reports and any violation notices or citations to Gokhale Method Institute, Inc. immediately upon receipt. These reports would indicate any failure to maintain the required health or safety standards in the operation of the franchised business.

Failure to correct any such violations within 24 hours constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the franchise agreement. Gokhale Method also retains the right, but not the obligation, to take further action.

This requirement underscores the importance of compliance with health and safety regulations for Gokhale Method franchisees. The very short cure period of 24 hours for violations highlights the seriousness with which Gokhale Method Institute, Inc. views these matters, and the potential risk of immediate termination for non-compliance.
