What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to execute software licenses if prescribed by the company. Specifically, as part of the agreement, franchisees must participate in any intranet or extranet computer network or other Internet-based or computer-assisted communication or teaching system that Gokhale Method adopts or develops. To facilitate this, franchisees must purchase and implement any equipment or supplies that Gokhale Method reasonably requires.
This requirement ensures that all Gokhale Method franchisees are aligned with the company's technology standards and can effectively communicate and operate within the Gokhale Method system. It also allows Gokhale Method to maintain consistency and control over its brand and service delivery.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they should be prepared to invest in the necessary computer equipment and software, and to sign any software licenses that Gokhale Method deems necessary. The costs associated with these requirements are not specified in this section, so it is important for potential franchisees to inquire about these costs to fully understand the financial implications.
