What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in any intranet or extranet computer network that the company adopts or develops. This also extends to any other Internet-based or computer-assisted communication or teaching system.

As part of this obligation, franchisees must purchase and implement any equipment or supplies that Gokhale Method reasonably requires for these networks. Furthermore, franchisees are obligated to execute any software licenses or other agreements that Gokhale Method deems reasonably necessary.

This requirement ensures that all Gokhale Method franchisees are connected to the company's central systems for communication, training, and potentially student management. It also allows Gokhale Method to maintain a consistent brand experience and service quality across all franchise locations. Prospective franchisees should factor in the potential costs of purchasing and maintaining the required computer equipment and software when evaluating the financial feasibility of the franchise.
