What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to participate in marketing services and programs offered by the company. Gokhale Method may, at its discretion, offer marketing services and programs to assist franchisees in their marketing and promotion efforts.

Participation in these optional services is voluntary. Should a franchisee choose to participate, they will be responsible for paying the associated fees and expenses that are current at that time. This allows franchisees to decide whether the potential benefits of these marketing services justify the costs.

While participation in specific marketing programs is optional, Gokhale Method franchisees are still required to adhere to certain standards regarding advertising and promotion. Franchisees must follow the guidelines outlined in the Teacher's Manual and Policy Statements related to marketing, advertising, and promotion. Upon request from Gokhale Method, franchisees must provide satisfactory evidence of all local marketing, advertising, and promotion expenditures.
