What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain written approval from Gokhale Method before using any advertising or promotional materials. This requirement ensures that all advertising aligns with the brand's standards and image.
The FDD specifies that all advertising and promotion must be in approved media, formats, and conducted in a dignified manner, conforming to Gokhale Method's standards. Franchisees must use only the designated website, email address, and phone number in their advertising, as directed by Gokhale Method.
This approval process is common in franchising to maintain brand consistency and protect the brand's reputation. Franchisees should factor in the time required for approval when planning marketing activities and understand that they bear the costs for local marketing, advertising, and promotion, including any advertising materials Gokhale Method creates at their request.
