What This Means (2024 FDD)

Based on the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's responsibilities regarding insurance for the Gokhale Method are not detailed in the provided excerpts. While Item 22 references contracts and agreements, including advertising and promotion, it does not specify the types or amounts of insurance coverage a franchisee must maintain.

Item 13 is titled "INSURANCE," but the provided excerpt ends immediately after this heading, offering no further information. This suggests that the full Item 13, which would outline the insurance requirements, is not included in the provided documentation.

A prospective Gokhale Method franchisee should carefully review the complete Item 13 of the Franchise Disclosure Document and consult with the franchisor to understand the required insurance types, coverage amounts, and any specific insurance-related obligations. Understanding these requirements is crucial for managing risk and ensuring compliance with the franchise agreement.
