What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Gokhale Method's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the requirements to maintain qualification and be in good standing as a teacher are detailed in the Teacher's Manual and/or Policy Statements. Gokhale Method retains the right to suspend a teacher's license if they are not current with the requirements or are not otherwise in good standing.
The Teacher's Manual and Policy Statements contain the standards of operation that Gokhale Method provides to franchisees to protect its reputation and maintain high operating standards. These documents outline how franchisees should teach the Gokhale System and operate their franchised business. The franchisor may revise the contents of the Teacher's Manual and Policy Statements from time to time, and franchisees must comply with each new or changed standard.
Furthermore, franchisees must create, record, and maintain information on sales and students as designated in the Teacher's Manual. Franchisees also agree to comply with all requirements in the Teacher's Manual relating to registering students and maintaining their records via the prescribed franchisor system. They must also purchase designated equipment, materials, products, supplies, and services from approved suppliers as specified in the Teacher's Manual or Policy Statements.
