What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for paying for all training programs as per the then-current fee schedule. The initial Teacher Training Immersion Week is provided at no additional fee, but franchisees must cover their own expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals during this and all other training programs.

The fees for continuing training programs, such as the Annual Meeting, teacher webinars, and membership in Gokhale® Active (Premium), are detailed in the Billing Fee Schedule, which is included as Exhibit A to the Franchise Agreement. This schedule is subject to change at Gokhale Method's discretion, with thirty days' notice provided to franchisees.

Prospective franchisees should review Exhibit A to understand the current fee structure for all required and optional training programs. They should also inquire about the frequency and nature of continuing education requirements to accurately budget for these ongoing costs. Understanding these costs is crucial for assessing the overall financial viability of the Gokhale Method franchise.
