What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Gokhale Method Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees associated with the franchise are subject to change at GMI's discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, the royalty fee which ranges from $10 to $180 per person per course, the billing fee of 2.5% per transaction, the annual teacher's meeting fee of $450 per year, the teacher webinar fee of $240 per year, and the Gokhale Active (Premium) Membership fee of $140 per year.

Additional educational or course fees, estimated to be approximately $100 to $500, are also subject to change. Furthermore, while local marketing materials are optional, the cost of these materials, estimated to be less than $1,000 per year, can also vary. Even fees such as the transfer fee, up to $5,000, and potential audit expenses are subject to change.

This means that prospective Gokhale Method franchisees should be aware that the financial obligations outlined in the FDD are not fixed and can be adjusted by GMI. While some fees have specific amounts listed, these are not guaranteed and could increase or decrease over time. Franchisees should factor in the potential for fee adjustments when assessing the financial viability of the franchise and carefully review any notices of changes to fees from Gokhale Method.
